Shay Brennan Constructions completed the new Middle School complex in February 2019 (Stage 1). The building included four specialised, purpose built classrooms equipped with flexible, modern educational technologies - as well as a staff room and meeting room, student amenities, covered veranda and outdoor learning area, and landscaped grounds to accommodate a range of sports and activities.

Stage 2 was completed in January 2021. This included construction of two GPLA's, one visual arts learning space, a COLA, a covered design and technology space, verandas, walkways, staff rooms, admin and reception, landscaping of shared area.

We were selected based upon experience, capacity to complete, financial viability, local industry links and tender price.
