Ben Abell is responsible for the overall project management of commercial and government infrastructure contracts from estimating/tendering, programming/planning, contract administration, sub-contractor/sub-consultant management, coordination of site works and trades, client and stakeholder liaison.
Professional Experience
Ben has over 15 years experience working in the construction industry including general labourer at various commercial and domestic worksites in the NSW Hunter region; a cadetship at Nelson Bay; and 10 years as a Project Manager with the NSW Government at Newcastle and Tamworth.
Ben has been involved with several Government and commercial construction projects through all phases including Procurement and Contract Management, Feasibility Studies, Project Brief Development, Business Case and Scope Development, Risk & Stakeholder Workshops, Cost Planning, Design Management, Infrastructure delivery including Safety, Quality and Environmental Management.
