SERVICES

Design & Construct

We are able to coordinate design from concept plans to working plans using architects, structural, civil, electrical, hydraulic and landscape engineers. We then construct using our own trades - excavation, concreting, carpentry and brick laying. We have quality sub-contractors for all other trades to complete the project.

Project Management

We are able to manage your project - from design to construct including consultants, council, and government approvals and construction.

Asbestos Removal

We are a licensed Non Friable (Class B) Asbestos removalist. We perform Asbestos removal for government departments as well as house holders and other builders.

Demolition

We are able to demolish or dismantle all kinds of structures from homes to commercial and industrial buildings.

Scaffolding

We offer scaffolding to clients and other builders. We have licensed scaffolders on site and we carry a large quantity of heavy duty Kwik Scaff.

ABOUT

SBC was established in Tamworth in 1987 by Shay Brennan and is a fully Australian-owned company, employing local trades and personnel.
